We use the data provided in the contact form to respond to your inquiry, assess potential cooperation and take steps prior to entering into a contract.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and, if you request a quote or cooperation, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Scope of personal data processed

Depending on the fields you complete, we may process:

• first and last name,
• email address,
• telephone number,
• company name,
• the content of your message and subsequent communications.

How the contact form works

After submission, the website securely processes the completed data and sends it by email to info@rsalphagroup.com. The custom RS Alpha Group theme does not store message content in the WordPress database.

To the extent necessary, the data may be present in technical logs, the email inbox and operational backups maintained by hosting and email service providers.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be accessed by authorized RS Alpha Group personnel and providers of technical services required to operate the website and email services, solely to the extent necessary.

We do not sell personal data. If a technical service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will take place only in compliance with the GDPR and with appropriate safeguards.

Retention period

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to handle the communication and protect our rights, generally for no longer than three years from the most recent contact, unless applicable law or a contractual relationship requires a different retention period.

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without your name, a valid email address, a message and confirmation of consent, the form will not send a message.

We do not use automated individual decision-making or profiling when handling messages.
